We rigorously inspect each property before listing it on our platform, confirming both the quality of services offered and the accuracy of all descriptions. This ensures that every stay meets the high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality that define our brand.
Booking & Payment Terms
A. Booking Confirmation
Once you request a booking, the host has up to 24 hours to accept it. As soon as the host confirms, your reservation is automatically secured
B. Initial Payment (50%)
To officially reserve your holiday dates, a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required. Upon receipt, your booking is confirmed and the selected dates are blocked on the calendar.
C. Final Payment (Remaining 50%)
The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your check-in date.
If your booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount is due at the time of reservation.
Secure Payment Management
Summer Villas Collection is legally authorized to manage payments on behalf of property owners, ensuring a transparent and secure process for all guests.
Here’s how it works:
- Guest payments are held by Summer Villas Collection until after check-out.
- Funds are only released to the host once the stay is completed.
This guarantees peace of mind: you can enjoy your holiday knowing that the service must meet expectations before any payment reaches the property owner.
Property Verification & Guest Support
We are committed to delivering excellence, both to our guests and our hosts. Our team offers personalized support throughout the booking process and remains available to assist with any questions or special requests.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, we facilitate contact between you and the host to arrange check-in, key collection, and any additional details.
- Hosts are required to be available at least 72 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and accommodate any last-minute needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notification:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax. The effective cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notice.
Refund Conditions:
- More than 4 weeks before check-in: 100% refund of all payments made.
- Less than 4 weeks before check-in: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. (Security/damage deposits will still be refunded in full.)
Replacement Guests:
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, we will do our best to rebook the property for the same dates. If successful:
- You will receive a refund of your payments, minus any difference in rental price between your booking and the new guest’s.
Summary:
If you cancel late but we find a replacement guest, you’ll receive a full or partial refund based on the new booking rate.
